tryminimaxh3 operates tryminimaxh3.app and H3 Max Studio. Contact support@tryminimaxh3.app for privacy questions, support and complaints.
Information we use
When you sign in with Google, we receive your account identifier, email, name and profile image. We use your account details, prompts, uploaded media, generation settings and results to provide your workspace. We also process purchase, subscription, credit and support records, together with technical information needed for security. We do not receive your Google password or full payment card numbers.
Sharing and international processing
We use third-party services for sign-in, payments, hosting, storage and AI video generation. Prompts and media needed for your requested generation are shared with AI processing partners. Google provides sign-in and PayPal handles payments. These services may process data outside your country.
Uploading and generating
You can preview selected files before continuing. Preparing your video may upload those files before final confirmation. They are sent for AI processing only after you confirm generation. Temporary links to uploaded files are valid for up to 60 minutes; this does not change the 7-day file retention period. Avoid including sensitive personal information unless necessary and permitted.
How content is used
We use your content to create and deliver the videos you request, keep your workspace secure and respond to support requests. We do not publish your private content as examples without your permission. AI processing partners may have their own retention and model-training practices. Contact us for further information about how your content is processed.
Media retention
Uploaded files are available for 7 days after upload, and generated videos for 7 days after completion, on every plan. Download your results before expiry. We periodically clean up expired files; they are no longer accessible after expiry. Removal may take longer during service interruptions. This does not remove copies already downloaded or held by third parties.
Deleting content and other records
You can delete completed or failed items in My Videos to remove them from your history and delete the stored video. Uploaded files follow their separate 7-day retention period. Deleting a video does not delete your account, prompts or purchase records, or copies already downloaded or held by third parties. Account, prompt, billing and support records do not share the 7-day media limit and may be retained for service, security or legal needs. Contact us to request broader deletion.
Your privacy choices
Contact support@tryminimaxh3.app to request access, correction, export or deletion, or exercise other applicable rights. Include your account email and the relevant record reference, without passwords. We may ask you to verify your identity to protect your account. Applicable privacy rights and deadlines remain unaffected.
Cookies and security
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and protect your account. We do not use advertising cookies on this site. Sign-in and payment services have their own privacy practices. See Cookies and storage for your browser choices. No service can guarantee absolute security.
Audience and updates
The service is intended for adults aged 18 or older; Google login is not age verification. Avoid submitting sensitive identity, medical, intimate or child-related content. The update date identifies this description of our practices; applicable rights are not limited by this notice.
