Service and availability
tryminimaxh3 operates tryminimaxh3.app and H3 Max Studio, an independent video tool, not an official MiniMax website. Create videos from text, images or authorized reference videos. Features, availability and processing times may vary. Uninterrupted service is not guaranteed.
Accounts and permitted use
The service is intended for adults aged 18 or older. Google sign-in does not verify your age. Keep your account secure, provide accurate information and comply with Acceptable use. Do not submit material you are not entitled to process.
Inputs and results
You retain the rights you hold in your inputs. By submitting them, you permit the processing, storage and transmission needed to provide and secure the service and handle support. Public marketing use requires separate permission. Obtain rights for brands, people, voices and music. AI output may not be unique, accurate or free of third-party rights. Review product details and advertising claims before publishing. Exact product replacement, native audio and advertising performance are not guaranteed.
Payment and activation
PayPal processes subscriptions and one-time top-ups. Prices, billing intervals and applicable taxes are shown at checkout. Your plan and credits become available after payment is confirmed and the plan starts.
Subscriptions and credits
Monthly plans renew monthly and yearly plans renew annually until renewal is canceled. A yearly payment is charged upfront; its allowance unlocks in 12 monthly windows, not all at once. Unused subscription credits expire at each monthly window end without rollover. Available subscription credits are used before top-up credits. Top-ups have no automatic renewal and no scheduled expiry while the service operates. Credits are service units, not cash balances.
Plan changes
You can choose a plan for your next term and confirm the change with PayPal. View your current plan and next term on the Pricing page.
Cancellation
You can cancel renewal for the next month or year without ending your current paid term. If you have any questions or concerns about refunds or renewals, please contact support@tryminimaxh3.app. This does not limit mandatory consumer rights or the controls available in your PayPal account.
Generation and credit use
Review the credit estimate before confirming generation. If you have questions about a generation or its credit usage, contact support@tryminimaxh3.app.

Media retention
Uploaded files are available for 7 days after upload, and generated videos for 7 days after completion. Download your videos before expiry. We periodically clean up expired files; they are no longer accessible after expiry. See Privacy for details about deletion and other retained information.
